In my opinion, no challenge is insurmountable, and optimal performance needs a holistic approach encompassing health as well as the right mindset and skills. I am in a unique position to coach and mentor others to succeed in the corporate world, by combining private and public board room experience, my legal background, and my qualifications as a Professional Coach and a Registered Health Coach.
I help professional men and women to improve their performance, develop their professional skills, confidence, resilience and growth mindset and eliminate limiting beliefs to overcome whatever is stopping them from achieving their full potential. I provide a thinking environment and act as a partner to facilitate the changes needed to succeed.
Having spoken at many events throughout my career, from the Harvard University Global Empowerment Meeting in 2011 before 50 world leaders, lecturing in law, and advocacy in court, I now use my public speaking skills as a motivational speaker on the importance of optimal health for performance, and living well with serious health conditions, and help corporations to build strategies for workplace and team wellbeing.

After graduating from Cambridge University, I qualified as a lawyer in 2001 and worked in several top 100 firms, advising in corporate law and on high net-worth divorce cases with complex business assets.
I moved to Miami in 2007, becoming the CEO of an international investment company and a non-executive director of an AIM-listed Technology company. I have managed teams, run law suits, advised boards and made decisions at the highest level.
I returned to London in 2014 and became a partner at Keystone Law for 8 years, and Company Secretary to an Aviation Company.
This diverse experience has given me great insight into the demands placed on high achievers and the skills and fortitude required.

After being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 10, I have lived with health challenges for most of my life. This journey has presented many setbacks, including loss of some of my sight, a toe amputation, and neuropathy, ultimately leading to kidney failure and a kidney-pancreas transplant in 2011. More recently I underwent surgery for cancer. Now, as I navigate life while being immunosuppressed, I focus on my physical and mental wellbeing and the importance of healthy longevity. Each day, I strive to face my circumstances with positivity and determination. I am continually grateful to be here as a walking miracle and a result of amazing human kindness.
I have learned from some of the industry's leading experts in behaviour change, coaching models, and nutrition, which has equipped me to support clients in their journey towards better performance and healthy longevity. I am dual qualified in professional behaviour change coaching as well as health and nutrition coaching. I am accredited by the Association for Coaches as a Professional Coach, and by the UKIHCA as a Registered Health Coach and retain my status as a Lawyer, advising a private company as a NED. As a registered health coach, I am also fully insured.
I am a firm believer in doing things properly, and ensuring my clients receive the best possible service and continue to develop my skills with additional studies.
