My Approach

My Unique Coaching Approach

I take a unique approach to performance coaching, combining executive skills coaching, behaviour change techniques and positive psychology with a holistic functional medicine approach to mental and physical health, incorporating all aspects of your life to address the root causes of your unique performance challenges. During my coaching and mentoring sessions, my clients are often surprised to discover that the reasons why they are stuck are not what they initially expected. By discussing your entire approach to life and career I can help resolve issues and guide you towards better performance for sustainable healthy prosperity in your professional, business or personal life. 


My coaching and mentoring sessions are discreet and completely confidential, tailored specifically to your individual needs. You are unique, and your program will reflect that.

executive coaching

I have a wealth of experience in the corporate world, sitting at board level in private and public companies, running teams, ensuring fiduciary duties are met, negotiating contracts from a legal and business perspective, and hiring and firing where needed to ensure professional success. Confidence, leadership and being prepared to make the tough decisions are essential. As your coach and mentor,  I use a variety of techniques and partner with you to eradicate limiting beliefs, build confidence, enhance communication skills, change habits and develop clearer thinking. This moves you into a growth mindset and prepares you for leaving your comfort zone, enabling you to recognise and rely on your strengths to achieve what you want and sustain it. By working smarter, not harder, you will have  more time to create the life you want outside of the office.


I can enable you to discover more about your own behaviour patterns, values, and beliefs while identifying how to leverage your strengths to achieve your ambitions. I will also keep you accountable and provide the encouragement you need to implement the necessary changes.

There is no denying that your health is your wealth. Without your health, nothing can move forward. The gut-brain connection is a vital element of good mental and physical health, and I teach my clients to understand how this relationship works to improve their performance across all life stages, with up to date scientific information. Balancing blood sugar, ensuring full nutrient profiles and eradicating insulin resistance will protect you from many of the risks of metabolic diseases which could already be damaging your body and mind. 


While good nutrition is key, nourishment for performance comes in many forms. There are various areas of life that require our attention to feel at our best and take care of bodies and brains, allowing us to enjoy long and successful careers. By focusing on health first, we can reduce the risk of long-term metabolic diseases that can drain our energy and deplete our capabilities. Witnessing the struggles of the older generation and regrettably observing that current health policies fall short has driven me to create executive performance coaching services that enable professionals to take proactive steps early on and have the right information and tools to live, perform  and age well.

The Beautiful Mind

Maintaining emotional strength and mental wellbeing can be challenging in this chaotic world, particularly with a demanding career. If we are not nourishing ourselves properly, it is not just the body which suffers. Poor nutrition, high stress levels and lack of sleep or movement have detrimental affects on our mind and our emotions, as our body does not have the capacity to create the right chemicals to maintain stable mood, leading to dysregulation of our nervous system, anxiety, brain fog, poor memory, low mood and fear which can become the norm if left unchecked. This has a significant impact on our performance, our ability to make decisions, communicate well, and manage pressure. Eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle improves the brain's structure and allows for the creation of new neurons which are essential for protecting our brain function. Hormone fluctuations and dysregulation of blood sugar also play a significant role here. Low mood or anxiety can affect us all at times.
