I chose to work with Lawyers and Executives as I understand the pressures they face having spent 25 years in the corporate world. Whilst I have seen many create career success, for others it feels so much harder. I have also noted the sacrifices which so many of them have made, in terms of health, home life and personal ambitions. My mission is to change this and to help my clients to create success in all areas of their career and life. With my support, as a dual certified Executive coach and a Registered Health Coach, you can improve your professional performance and work-life balance at the same time as protecting your health and future.

I use a variety of techniques and neuro-linguistic programming to help you eradicate limiting beliefs, build confidence, enhance communication skills, change habits and develop clearer thinking. I will also help you to recognise and rely on your strengths to achieve what you want and sustain it.
The goals will be your decision, and the plan will be entirely personal to you, created by you, facilitated by me to ensure they are clear, measurable and realistic. You know best what works and what does not work in your life, and my coaching space is entirely non-judgmental and confidential.
Whilst you create new habits and thinking patterns, and work through the directive plan, I will also keep you accountable and provide the encouragement you need to implement the necessary changes. There is nothing more satisfying for me as a coach than when my clients succeed.
There is no denying that your health is your wealth. Optimal health is essential for success. The gut-brain connection is a vital element of good mental and physical health, and I teach my clients to understand how this relationship works to improve their performance across all life stages, if they wish to learn, with up to date scientific information. Balancing blood sugar, ensuring full nutrient profiles and eradicating insulin resistance will also protect you from many of the risks of metabolic diseases which could already be damaging your body and mind, starving you of the energy and mental clarity required for success.
While good nutrition is key, nourishment for performance comes in many forms. By focusing on health first, we can reduce the risk of burnout or long-term metabolic diseases that can drain our energy and deplete our capabilities. Witnessing the struggles of the older generation and regrettably observing that current health policies fall short has driven me to create coaching programs that enable professionals to take proactive steps early on and have the right information and tools to live, perform and age well.


Maintaining emotional strength and mental wellbeing can be challenging in this chaotic world, particularly with a demanding career as a Lawyer or Executive. If we are not nourishing ourselves properly, it is not just the body which suffers. Poor nutrition, high stress levels and lack of sleep or movement have detrimental affects on our minds and our emotions, as our bodies do not have the capacity to create the right chemicals to maintain stable mood, leading to dysregulation of our nervous and hormonal systems, anxiety, brain fog, poor memory, low mood and fear which can become the norm if left unchecked. This has a significant impact on our performance, our ability to make decisions, communicate well, and manage pressure, and can ultimately lead to burnout.
Eating well and maintaining a healthy lifestyle improves the brain's structure and allows for the creation of new neurons which are essential for protecting our brain function. I can help you to create the sharp, healthy mindset you need for success.
The holy grail of a successful life, is creating a balance which works for you. Everyone's version of this is different, and it changes as the years go by, but drifting through those years without a plan won't help you tick off that bucket list.
